Privacy & Data Terms

This document describes how we collect, store, use and protect your personal information, sample records, QC videos and inspection records during our sample QC service.

1. Information we collect

Business data: supplier name, buyer name, contact person, email, WhatsApp, shipping address, order number, SKU, sample details and inspection records.
QC assets: sample photos, tamper-proof unboxing videos, checklists and inspection results.
System logs: platform operation records and tracking numbers required for service delivery.

We do not collect unnecessary sensitive personal information, such as ID numbers or bank details.

2. Use of data

Data is used only to deliver sample QC services: sample receiving, unboxing video recording, inspection record generation, report delivery, sample logistics arrangement, payment settlement, after-sales dispute evidence and platform service operation.

We will not use your sample images, videos, product designs or client information for third-party marketing, nor will we sell or rent your data to unrelated third parties.

3. Data retention

QC videos, sample photos and inspection records are retained for 12 months by default for dispute reference, then archived or deleted automatically.
You may submit a written request to delete the sample media files of specific orders in advance.
Backup data: encrypted backups are maintained to prevent accidental data loss.

4. Data disclosure (only in the following situations)

We share QC videos or reports with your designated partners only with your explicit authorization.
When required by law (court orders or official regulatory requests), we provide the relevant data as mandated.
Cooperating service providers (cloud storage, servers): bound by confidentiality agreements, they provide storage hosting only and are prohibited from viewing or distributing the data without authorization.

5. Data security

We use encrypted storage and role-based access control, and only authorized QC and operation staff may access the data within the scope necessary for their work. All staff abide by confidentiality obligations. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and you understand and agree that inherent risks exist in network transmission.

6. Your rights

You have the right to view your business data, request export of QC videos and reports, request deletion of designated sample files, and update your contact information. We will respond within a reasonable time after receiving your request.

7. Scope and updates

This privacy policy applies to our sample QC service. We may revise these terms in line with business or regulatory changes, and revised versions will be published in the Help Center. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
