This checklist applies to all sample categories. Before your order is confirmed, every sample is checked item by item against the six sections below. The whole unboxing and checking process is recorded as a tamper-proof video and kept on file.

Every sample goes through full QC against this checklist, and the unboxing is recorded as a tamper-proof video for your records.

Basic & Outer Carton Check

  • Supplier info, SKU, order number, sample quantity and category match the order sheet
  • Carton label, shipping mark, color and size descriptions are consistent
  • Carton intact: no damage, water stain or trace of re-opening
  • Inner packing complete: bubble bag, divider and foam all present

General Appearance Check

  • No obvious color difference, stain, oil mark or dust
  • No scratch, dent, paint peeling, sharp burr or rough edge
  • Printing and stickers: clear pattern, well aligned, no fading or bubbling
  • Assembly joints: even gaps, no glue overflow or warping

Accessories & Supporting Materials

  • All spare parts, fittings, hooks and cables complete and undamaged
  • Manual, warranty card and warning labels complete, in the correct language for the target market

Basic Function Test

  • Smooth assembly, firm buckles, screws and magnets fit correctly
  • Electrical goods: powers on, switches and charges normally without overheating
  • Textiles: no broken threads and smooth zips; containers: leak-proof seals
  • Furniture and outdoor items: folding is stable and the load-bearing structure is sound

Compliance Mark Check

  • Clear product label: material, capacity, voltage, origin and required certifications
  • Complete warning labels for fragile, electrical and children's items

Final QC Result

Approved

We ship the sample to your delivery address.

Rejected

We return it to the factory — no extra platform service fee.
